This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Hubitech S.A.R.L. and its related companies (“Company”) collect, use and share personal information of users of the Reemo remote desktop streaming service or website (collectively, the “Service”). We use common industry standards to safeguard the data we collect. This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.

- Contact data. Your E-mail address used to access the Service. And in case of a Reemo Studio subscription: your first name, last name, and billing address.
- Profile data. Your username (if filled) and password (stored encrypted) that you may set when you register an online account on the Service.
- Purchase data. Information about payments to and from you and other details of products or Services you have purchased from us.
- Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your device such as:
- Device data. Your device's operating system type, browser type and IP address when using our Service.
- Online activity data. Information about your use of and actions on the Service, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen and navigation paths between pages or screens.

Our Service allows users to provide remote access to their computers (Reemo Studio).
You are responsible for the content you stream and for what other users can view or access on your computers, and you are responsible for
safeguarding the data users have access to on your computers.

ACCESS CAN BE USED TO MISAPPROPRIATE PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
THIRD PARTY SITES AND SERVICES
For online payments, we use the payment services of Stripe. We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information or other related information necessary to complete your purchase. INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM CHILDREN
We do not intentionally gather personal information from individuals who are under the age of 13. Users must be 13 years old or older to use the Service, and users under 18 must have parental consent. If you believe that we might have collected any personal information from a child under 13, or done so without parental consent, contact us at hello@reemo.io and we will promptly delete the information.
LOCATION OF SERVERS
Our servers are located in France. If you are accessing the site and service from outside France, please be advised that through your continued use of the site or service, which is governed by French and European laws and this Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to France and you consent to that transfer and the maintenance and processing of such information in France. You may ask that your account be removed from the Service and to delete any personal information collected by us (except data needed by the Service to handle accounting and taxes) by sending us an email to: hello@reemo.io
