DATA COMMITMENTS

REEMO SAS, a société par actions simpliée (simplied joint stock company), registered in the Meaux Trade and Companies Register under 799605142, whose registered ofce is located at 14 avenue de l'Europe, 77144 MONTEVRAIN (hereinafter referred to as "REEMO") processes your personal data, collected in particular in connection with your use of the REEMO software applications published by the Company and presented on the https://www.reemo.io/ website (hereinafter referred to as the "REEMO Software(s)") and the services offered therein.

REEMO processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679, which came into force on May 25, 2018, and Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended (hereinafter together referred to as the "Regulations").

This privacy policy informs you of the nature and scope of the processing carried out on your personal data, collected and carried out under the responsibility of REEMO, as Data Controller, as well as the procedures enabling you to exercise the rights conferred on you by the Regulations.

REEMO may also act as a subcontractor, within the meaning of the Regulations, in relation to its client Users. In this case, the conditions of implementation of the processing will be detailed in the REEMO Software license agreement

DEFINITIONS

The terms and expressions identied by a capital letter in the Privacy Policy have the meanings indicated below, and in the preceding article, whether they are used in the singular or plural:
  • "Personal Account": refers to the reserved and personal environment allocated to a User, the creation of which is necessary to use REEMO Software;
  • "General Conditions of Use" or "GCU": refers to the general conditions of use of REEMO Software accessible at the following address: https://www.reemo.io/terms-of-service ;
  • "Data" or "Personal Data": refers to the personal data of Users, i.e. information enabling them to be identied, directly or indirectly, collected and processed when using the Site. This may include, for example, data relating to your marital status, your address and telephone number or your IP address;
  • "REEMO Software(s)": refers to the REEMO software products published by REEMO and presented on the https://www.reemo.io/ website (the "Site") for private and/or professional use;
  • "Data Controller": refers to REEMO, which determines the purposes and means of the Data processing described in this privacy policy;
  • "User" or "You" (and all declensions of this pronoun such as "Your", "Vos", etc.): refers to a natural person of legal age, or a minor who has obtained prior authorization from his/her parents or the person with parental authority, and who uses one or more REEMO Software programs for his/her own needs, for personal or professional use;

In its capacity as Data Controller, REEMO collects and processes Data relating to Users according to the characteristics listed below.

At the end of these retention periods, your Personal Data, which is strictly necessary, may be archived in an intermediate database for administrative reasons (legal, accounting, tax, etc.). For example, they may be archived for a period of 5 years, from the end of the active database retention period, for litigation purposes (statute of limitations), or for 10 years for accounting purposes. At the end of these periods, the data will be deleted or anonymized, in accordance with regulations.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of your Personal Data are the following:
  • REEMO's internal departments, including the sales/marketing staff, are authorized to process your Personal Data in compliance with the Regulations;
  • REEMO's subcontractors (e.g. payment service provider STRIPE, CRM provider Hubspot) Within this framework, the transmission of your Personal Data is governed by an agreement, in accordance with the Regulations, obliging our subcontractors to respect the condentiality, integrity and security of your Personal Data and to use it solely in the context of the performance of their service, within the limits of the instructions we give them. None of our subcontractors is located outside the European Union;
In particular circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data to judicial or administrative authorities who have a legitimate need to know.

If REEMO is restructured, merged, or a business or asset is sold, we may disclose your personal data to the potential acquirer of that business

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

REEMO's servers used to provide REEMO Software in aaS mode are located in France. We may need to transfer your Data outside the European Union as part of our use of the STRIPE payment provider service located in the United States. In this case the transfer is made in accordance with Articles 45 and 46 of the RGPD.

EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR DATA

Pursuant to the Regulations, in your capacity as a "data subject" of the processing operations carried out by REEMO, you have the right to:
  • Access to your Data: i.e. to obtain conrmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not Data concerning you is being processed, and to request access to this Data, as well as various information including the purposes of the processing, the category of Data, and the recipient(s) of the Data;
  • Rectication in the event of error: i.e., to obtain from the Data Controller, as soon as possible, the rectication of any Data concerning you that may be inaccurate. You have the right to have incomplete data completed, including by providing a supplementary declaration;
  • Deletion: i.e. to obtain from the data controller the deletion, as soon as possible, of personal data concerning you for the following reasons:
    • purposes for which they were collected or processed ;
    • the consent on which the processing was based has been withdrawn, and there are no other legal grounds for processing the data;
    • the processing of the data has been opposed and there is no overriding interest that justies the processing;
    • the data has been processed illegally ;
    • data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation to which REEMO may be subject;
    • the data was collected when the data subject was a minor, in the absence of parental consent.

  • Limitation of processing: i.e. to obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of the processing of your data if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data, if the processing is unlawful and you request its limitation, or if the Data Controller no longer needs your Data but it is still necessary for you;
  • To the portability of your Data: i.e. to receive the Data provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another Data Controller;
  • You also have the right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including proling, unless such decision is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, is permitted by Union law or the law of a Member State to which the controller is subject or you have consented to it ;
  • Issue directives concerning the fate of your Data after your death: you may issue directives concerning the conservation, deletion and communication of your Data after your death.
Where your consent has been obtained for the processing of your personal data (in particular for electronic canvassing), you may withdraw your consent at any time.

These rights may be exercised by sending a written request by e-mail to: hello@reemo.io and by justifying a legitimate interest when required by law. To exercise your rights, you may be asked to provide proof of identity if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

In the event of disagreement with the response provided, or if the response is deemed incomplete, You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, located at 3 Place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07), the national supervisory authority responsible for ensuring compliance with obligations relating to the protection of personal data.

MINIMUM AGE FOR SERVICES

REEMO Software may not be used by anyone under the age of 18.

In addition, subscribing to Services requires the legal capacity to contract, i.e. eighteen (18), emancipated, or to act with the authorization of his/her legal representatives, i.e. parents or guardians, after having accepted the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

USING AND SETTING COOKIES

REEMO uses cookies on its Site, which are necessary for its proper operation, as they are used in particular to memorize the choice expressed by users concerning the deposit of cookies, measures to ensure the security of the identication mechanism, choice of language, presentation of the service, lling in of forms, authentication, detection of navigation problems, optimization of technical performance, certain audience measurement cookies, etc. These cookies are not subject to your prior consent. MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may modify this privacy policy from time to time, in particular when we update the Site, so that it remains complete at all times. You will be informed of any such changes by means of a special notice posted on the Site.
